    A Nairobi CBD logistics counter built on one promise: whatever you drop with us, we keep it on point.

    Our story

    We started as a small courier operation on Moi Avenue in 2021, moving parcels for online sellers who were tired of chasing unreliable riders. Word spread. Customers started asking if we could hold their bags while they ran errands. Then traders asked if we could rent them a shelf. Today we run all three from the same counter — parcel delivery, luggage storage and shelf rental — for customers across the CBD and the estates around it.

    Terms of Service

    1. Services

    Onpoint Delivery & Logistics ("we", "us") provides parcel delivery, luggage storage and shelf rental services within Nairobi and surrounding areas. By booking any service you agree to these terms.

    2. Bookings and pricing

    Quotes are valid for 2 hours from the time given. Final price is confirmed once we see the item and the drop-off point. All prices are in Kenyan shillings, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

    3. Liability

    We insure items for loss or damage up to KSh 20,000 per item or bag at no extra cost. Items of higher value must be declared at drop-off and may require additional insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.

    4. Prohibited items

    We do not accept cash, firearms, perishable food, live animals, unlabelled chemicals, pressurised gas cylinders, or anything illegal.

    5. Storage

    Bags left past 9pm are moved to the overnight rack at KSh 250 per bag. Items left uncollected for more than 30 days will be treated as abandoned and may be disposed of after written notice.

    6. Payments

    Payment is due on collection or, for business accounts, within 30 days of invoice. We accept M-Pesa only to our official till or paybill number. We are never liable for payments made to a personal number.

    7. Cancellation

    You may cancel a booking any time before pickup at no charge. Cancellations after pickup may incur a return fee.

    8. Changes to terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.

    What we collect

    We collect only the information you give us to complete a booking: name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, and item details.

    How we use it

    To complete your booking, contact you about pickup and delivery, process payments, and keep records of your history for loyalty rewards and repeat service.

    What we do not do

    We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

    When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep conversations for as long as needed for service and support.

    Data storage

    Booking information is stored in our WhatsApp Business account, email inbox, and internal records. This website does not run a database and does not store your information on the server.

    Your rights

    Under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019), you have the right to know what data we hold, to ask for a copy, and to request deletion. Email to make a request.

    Cookies and analytics

    This site uses only local browser storage to remember your loyalty progress and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are set unless you opt in.
