Yes. Bags left past 9pm are held until the next morning for KSh 250 extra. Let the attendant know before 6pm so we move it to the overnight rack.
Most drops inside the CBD ring are done within 45 to 60 minutes of pickup. Outside the ring, allow two to three hours depending on traffic and time of day.
Yes. For cash-on-delivery we collect from the recipient and send it to your M-Pesa the same evening, less KSh 80 per collection.
No cash, firearms, perishable food, live animals, or anything illegal. We also cannot accept unlabelled chemicals or pressurised gas cylinders.
You pay rent monthly in advance. Sales are recorded daily and your money is sent by M-Pesa every Friday with a written breakdown of what sold.
No. Just walk in with your bag, get a numbered tag, and pay on collection.
Tell us at drop-off. We handle fragile items carefully, use protective wrapping where needed, and photograph the item before and after. There is no extra charge for careful handling.
Yes. Business customers can set a fixed day and time with the same rider each week. From KSh 6,000 a month, invoiced monthly.
Every shelf tenant gets a weekly M-Pesa payout with a written breakdown of what sold, plus a monthly stock and sales report.
M-Pesa at the counter, M-Pesa on WhatsApp, or monthly invoice for business accounts. We never ask for payment to a personal number — every payment goes to a business till or paybill.
Yes. Sunday hours are 9am to 6pm, with a small surcharge on deliveries outside the CBD.
